Jim is a seasoned strategic business advisor, ordained minister, and chaplain, who melds world-class business practices with timeless biblical principles in his work. With over 30 years of experience helping entrepreneurs build thriving companies from the ground up and turn around under performing operations. He continues to support aspiring entrepreneurs in launching their new ideas or startups. He provides tailored strategies, not off-the-shelf solutions, using a Define-Design-Deploy approach to craft customized game plans aligned with each client’s unique needs and objectives. Jim has been a minister for several decades and a believer in Jesus since 1988, happily married and enjoys spending time with his children and grandchildren when he is not counseling clients or speaking publicly. His family also rescues cats where most have a loving forever home now.
